Back-to-School Dinner

We had our Back-to-School dinner last night! I imagined my children would tell us their hopes and dreams, but what really happened was:
• Quinn started eating the centerpiece apple, so Bailey cried because the decor was ruined.

• Jaden asked if my homemade lasagna was SUPPOSED to be a little burnt.
🙈
• Justin (the hubby, who is only supposed to sing my praises) decided to wipe off the cross on the uppercase "J" on his place setting.
🖊 He said if it was a back-to-school dinner, I should definitely write my "J's" correctly.

But we made memories! School clothes are laid out. Lunches are packed. Just like that - summer is over! I can't believe they start tomorrow!
